Idura + Fundingpartner

Fundingpartner is a crowd-lending platform with 25,000 investors across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. They connect individual investors with companies seeking loans.

With Idura, Fundingpartner could make eID verification and signing a core part of the process, keeping investors on the platform at every step.

To onboard investors, you need to own every step of the flow

Investors sign user agreements, authorize withdrawals, and update registered bank accounts, all within the platform.

Each of these actions had to happen inside the Fundingpartner environment. Sending investors to an external tool to complete a critical financial step would risk breaking trust and raising doubts about the platform's professionalism.

A simple electronic signature could cover some of these scenarios.

But Fundingpartner chose eID signing instead, because eID verification strengthens how investors perceive a financial platform.

A cost-effective API with the financial backing to match

Idura offered a more cost-effective pricing structure than Fundingpartner's previous provider, and its white-label solution gave Fundingpartner full control over the UI, branding, and flow. The fact that Idura is owned by Stø also added credibility, which is an important factor for a financial platform where stability and trust matter.

A platform that looks and works like Fundingpartner, from onboarding to signing

Investors complete the entire onboarding flow, including identity verification and document signing with Norwegian BankID, Swedish BankID, MitID, and FTN, without ever leaving the platform. This results in a consistent and fully branded customer experience.

With Fundingpartner’s 25,000 investors and ambitions to automate the entire investment process, having a reliable and secure signing infrastructure in place is a big win.

Curious how others are using Idura?
